One-Month Email Blitz + 12-Month Sales Schedule
Have your whole year laid out in front of you, with a customized e-commerce schedule that fits your business' unique needs. We'll consider your portfolio of wine, club schedule, and bottling dates (e.g. need for cash flow) as we lay out a framework for the year, and I'll get you kicked off with your first email campaign.
Monthly Emails + Testing with Iterative Calibration
I'll send all of your campaigns, as laid out in the annual schedule that we design during our initial setup period. This includes more than simply sales -- I'll take on items like regular newsletter (i.e. the voice-y stuff that's all about you) and holiday hello emails to remind your club members and other customers how much they love you and your wine. Plus, I'll update our annual sales schedule as your situation updates and shifts.
Hourly Consultation
I provide up to two hours per month of free consultations for all of my regular email clients. But if you're looking for some one-off help or something more, I'm always available. Just reach out, and we can see what works. Note that wait times may apply for non-regular clients as my schedule fills quickly, and I give priority to existing clients.

STEP 1: RESEARCH
My process starts with research. I'm not a mass market factory churning out sales emails, and in order to write sales emails and compose sales plans that fit your story, I'll interview the key players in your business. I want to know what makes you tick. Why did you get into the wine business? How did you get your first plot of land? And how did you decide what to grow on it? There are thousands of wineries in the United States, but only one of them has your story.

STEP 2: SALES CAMPAIGN SCHEDULE
After I get to know you and your wines, I put together an annual sales calendar that accounts for production quantities and schedule. If you only make a few wines, the strategy is far different than a winery with a dozen plus varietals in their portfolio, and we want to play to your strengths.

STEP 3: INITIATE & CLOSE THE SALE
I have a two-prong strategy for sales. First, I connect with the customers with a voice-driven newsletter that tells a piece of your story. Then I follow up with a sales email campaign. Depending on the strategy for the particular campaign, I'll send 2-3 sales emails over the course of 2-21 days. The biggest sale of the year should target generating around 2% of annual revenue.
